Gary Rifkin, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha office, has arranged the $12.2 million refinance of Spaces Apartments, a 154-unit multifamily property located at 501 Park Ave. in Omaha.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life insurance company.
