David Woida, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Milwaukee-based regional office, arranged the $2.73 million refinance of Nakoma Towers, a 76-unit market-rate multi-family property at 4517 Hammersley Road in Madison, Wis.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. Financing for the borrower was arranged by NorthMarq through its AmeriSphere Fannie Mae DUS platform.
