Brent Blake, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Kansas City regional office, secured acquisition/rehab financing of $4.5 million for University Villa Apartments, a 108-unit multi-family property at 3044 Francis St. in Kansas City, Kansas.
The transaction was structured with a 25-year term and 25-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrowers through its correspondent relationship with a life-insurance company.
