Susan Branscome, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office, arranged acquisition financing of $7.245 million for Kemper Point, a 96,418-square-foot office property at 7870 Kemper Road in Cincinnati.
The purchaser was an affiliate of Nashville-based Smith/Hallemann Partners, which also owns the 575,000-square-foot Omnicare Center in downtown Cincinnati.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. Comey & Shepherd Realtors, Hazen and Sawers, P.C., and Kiwiplan, Inc. represent the property’s major tenants.
