Susan Branscome, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office, arranged acquisition financing of $1.425 million for POWER Engineers, a 32,270-square-foot industrial property at 11733 Chesterdale Road in Springdale, Ohio.
The transaction was structured with a seven-year term and 17-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, Al. Neyer, through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
