Jason Kinnison, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha-based regional office, secured refinancing of $3.6 million for Lakeside Plaza II, located at 17390 W. Center Road in Omaha.
Financing for the 41,227-square-foot retail center was structured with a 15-year term and 15-year amortization schedule. It was arranged by NorthMarq through its relationship with a correspondent life company.
