Dan Trebil, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Minneapolis-based regional office, arranged the more than $2.2 million refinancing of Knollwood Retail Center, a 11,769-square-foot property located at 8530 State Highway 7 in St. Louis Park, Minn.
The transaction was structured with a 15-year term and 25-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a correspondent life company.
