John Brendon, senior vice president/managing director, and Jason Kinnson, vice president, of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha regional office, recently arranged refinancing of $9.2 million for Peony Village Apartments, a 160-unit multi-family property located at 8215 Burt Plaza in Omaha.
Financing for the transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization.
