The 141,889-square-foot retail property is located at 101 Hilltown Village Center in Chesterfield, Missouri.
The 15-year term loan has a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower, RIJO, Inc., through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
