Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged financing of $14.9 million for Linden Pointe, a 120,759-square-foot mixed-use property at 4803-4805 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with two years of interest-only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged the permanent fixed loan for the borrower through its relationship with a CMBS lender.
