Steve Ruff, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $14 million for a 177,323-square-foot office property in Northwest Omaha, Nebraska.
The transaction was structured with a 25-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a Life Company.
