Dan Trebil, managing director of NorthMarq’s Minneapolis office, arranged the $17.451 million refinance of York Place Apartments, a 114-unit multifamily property in Edina, Minnesota.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with five years of interest-only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Freddie Mac.
