Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq‘s Cincinnati-based regional office, secured the $2 million refinance of a 20,000-square-foot Best Buy property at 2050 N. Dixie Highway in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
The permanent-fixed loan was structured with a 10-year term on a 15-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
