Steve Ruff, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha regional office, secured the $3.15 million refinance of Harney Place at Midtown, a 32 unit multifamily property at 3327 Harney Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
