The 36,000-square-foot office property at 4358 & 4360 Ferguson Road. The transaction was structured with a seven-year term on a 20-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
