Northmarq’s Minneapolis Debt + Equity team led by Andy Finn successfully arranged the $34.3 million refinancing of Acclaim of Woodbury, a 109-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community located at 10108 Sunbird Circle in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Northmarq arranged the permanent fixed financing on behalf of the borrower, Interstate Development, through its in-house Fannie Mae DUS platform. The transaction was structured on a five-year full interest-only term.
Completed in early 2025, Acclaim of Woodbury is a single-family home rental community offering a blend of comfort, privacy and convenience. It features the space and independence of a single-family home coupled with shared amenities like a community clubhouse, fitness center and outdoor pool — all designed to support renters’ lifestyles without the upkeep.
Floor plans include two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans with flex option and space ranging from 1,382 to 2,136 square feet. Home amenities include an attached two-stall garage, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets and drawers, walk-in closets, dual-bathroom vanities, washer and dryer, private patio, gas fireplace with mantle, ceiling fans and stainless steel appliances.
Shared amenities include an on-site management team, lawncare, snow removal, 24-7 fitness center and exclusive community events.
Acclaim of Woodbury is located roughly 20 minutes from St. Paul and conveniently nearby local restaurants and grocery stores. It is located in the South Washington County School District.
