The apartment building at 1735 Mars Hill Drive contains 100 units.
The transaction was scheduled with a seven-year term – with two years interest-only – on a 30-year amortization schedule.
Union Hill Apartments feature hardwood floors, an onsite fitness center, pool and onsite parking options.
