Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati-based regional office, secured the $5.7 million refinance of Wilder Storage, a 610-unit self-storage property at 91-105 Banklick Road in Wilder, Kentucky.
The permanent, fixed-rate loan was structured with a 10-year term with two years of interest-only, followed by a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
