Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha-based regional office, has secured permanent financing of $7.25 million for The Apartments at Prairie Lakes in Ankeny, Iowa.
The 92-unit multifamily property is located at 1603 Prairie Lakes Drive.
The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 25-year term.
