Brent Blake, vice president of NorthMarq’s Kansas City regional office, arranged refinancing of $7.028 million for Regency Woods Apartments, a 200-unit multi-family property located at 1137 11th St. in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Financing for the transaction was structured with a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization rate.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller/servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
