Northmarq’s Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Dominic Martinez, Parker Stewart, Alex Malzone and Charlie McKee completed the $70 million sale of Villages at Lake Silvercote, a 381-unit garden apartment community at 100 Dry Brook Road in Wentzville, Missouri.
Northmarq represented the seller, a local investment group. The buyer was a private firm.
Villages at Lake Silvercote features 381 garden-style units with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhome-style residences, averaging 1,190 square feet. Interior highlights include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies or patios in select units. Community amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse and BBQ grill areas.
