Randy Waddell, senior vice president of NorthMarq‘s Louisville-based regional office, secured the $9.695 million refinance of Roan Centre, a 122,400-square-foot retail property at 1805 North Roan St. in Johnson City, Tennessee.
The transaction was structured with a 30-month, interest-only term followed by a 25-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank. The property is anchored by AMC Theatre.
