Jason Kinnison, vice president of NorthMarq‘s Omaha regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $11.5 million for Valley View Apartments, a 258-unit, market-rate multi-family community located in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Financing was based on a 20-year term and a 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender.
