David Woida, vice president and managing director of NorthMarq‘s Milwaukee regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $5.65 million for 153 N Milwaukee, a 35,564-square-foot mixed-use property located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward.
Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life company.
