Geoffrey Nauth, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Milwaukee regional office arranged refinancing of $2.1 million for Twining Valley Apartment homes, a 48-unit seniors housing facility located at 700 S. 8th Ave. in Monroe, Wis.
Financing for the transaction was structured with a seven-year term and 20-year amortization rate.
NorthMarq facilitated financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
