Northmarq promoted Dominic Martinez to managing director in the St. Louis investment sales office.
In his new role, Martinez will continue to lead the St. Louis/Chicago investment sales team with Managing Director Parker Stewart and Vice President Alex Malzone.
Since joining Northmarq, Dominic and the St. Louis/Chicago team has completed the sales of about 9,000 units totaling over $1 billion since 2021. Martinez has been awarded and recognized annually since 2020 as ‘Power Broker’ by CoStar, within Northmarq’s St. Louis top sales team.
Prior to Northmarq, Martinez served as an associate director at Berkadia’s Kansas City Office. He completed the sale of over 3,500 units and $300 million in total consideration, comprising of five states across the region. Before Berkadia, Martinez began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Associate within the financial services industry, specifically focused on banking and asset management companies.
Martinez graduated from the University of Missouri where he attained a Master of Accountancy and is currently a licensed CPA.
