The 17,490-square-foot property sits on a 1-acre site.
The loan consists of a 10-year term with 25-year amortization. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, Chez IX Wildwood Plaza, LLC, thorugh its relationship with Stancorp, a life insurance company.
