Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha, Nebraska, regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $8.25 million for South Campus Properties in Ames, Iowa.
The transaction was structured with a 12-year term, 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Fannie Mae.
