Greg Duvall, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Kansas City regional office, arranged supplemental mortgage financing for Hunter’s Glen Apartments, a 168-unit multi-family property in Springfield, Mo.
Financing was based on an eight-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. Funding was arranged for the borrower, Hunter’s Glen Apartments, LLC, by NorthMarq through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
