Jason Kinnison, vice president of NorthMarq’s Omaha regional office, recently refinanced $6.67 million for two separate properties, Rock Valley Shopping Center in Rock Island, Ill., and Miracle Hills Office Buildings in Omaha.
Rock Valley Shopping is a 63,000-square-foot retail property. It was refinanced for $1.875 million.
Miracle Hills is a four-building office property in Omaha. It was refinanced for $4.796 million.
