Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Cincinnati office, secured acquisition financing of $13.505 million for The Acropolis at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio.

The 201,001-square-foot office property is located at 2611 – 2689 Commons Blvd. in Beavercreek. The transaction was arranged with a life insurance company using a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule.

NorthMarq met the leverage requirements and purchase contract timing by arranging a permanent, fixed-interest-rate loan for the borrower. Branscome has arranged several office property acquisition financings for this client.

“We were able to find competitive loan terms on this acquisition in the Dayton, Ohio market which has unique market dynamics with Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The client was delighted with the life insurance company loan terms,” said Branscome.
