Brent Blake, vice president of NorthMarq‘s Kansas City regional office, recently arranged first mortgage refinancing of $10.865 million for Foxfire Apartments, a 280-unit multi-family property in Mission, Kansas.
Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower, Foxfire Apartments, LLC, through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
