NorthPoint Capital Funding, Inc. has hired Spencer Hellmuth as an associate director.
Hellmuth joins the downtown Chicago office and NorthPoint Capital Funding’s loan origination team. He looks forward to using NorthPoint’s extensive network of life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks and other capital sources to finance commercial real estate loans.
Hellmuth’s commercial real estate career has spanned nearly a decade, including an early start at NAI Hiffman and significant time at Marcus & Millichap.
Most recently, Hellmuth served as a commercial banking officer at MB Financial Bank, where he spent years expanding his understanding of the Chicagoland and Midwestern real estate markets.
Hellmuth earned a Bachelor of Science in both Real Estate and Marketing from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
