Ryan Smyth has joined the Chicago office of NorthPoint Capital Funding, Inc. as an associate, bringing years of experience in the industrial market.
Based in NorthPoint Capital Funding’s downtown Chicago office, Smyth will focus on analyzing transactions and gathering market intelligence on behalf of NorthPoint Capital Funding’s cadre of correspondent insurance companies, FHA, and direct lending sources.
Smyth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University and is a certified official with the Northern Illinois Soccer Association.
