NorthPoint Development and NAI Capital Realty will build a 500,150-square-foot speculative distribution center at Logistics Park Kansas City in Edgerton, Kansas.
The logistics park is a 558-acre master-planned distribution and warehouse development that will be served by BNSF Railway’s new intermodel facility that will open in the fourth quarter of this year.
The new building, Inland Port I, kicks off the first phase of construction at the park, which can accommodate 7 million square feet of new manufacturing, warehouse and distribution buildings.
