NorthPoint Development will soon begin construction on the largest spec industrial building ever in the Kansas City market.
NorthPoint will soon begin building Inland Port XIV, an 822,104-square- foot speculative building at Logistics Park Kansas City (LPKC) in Edgerton, Kansas. The building will also be the first speculative building to feature 36-foot clear height.
Construction is expected to wrap in December of this year.
LPKC is a 1,500-acre master-planned distribution and warehouse development that is anchored by BNSF Railway’s newest intermodal facility, which opened in the fourth quarter of 2013.
