The property is located at 800 Albion Ave. in Schaumburg and includes 315,449 square feet. Trident Capital Group out of Boston is the seller, while Cardinal Industrial in Sherman Oaks, California, is the buyer. The tenant of the property is 3D Exhibits.
The transaction closed July 11.
