JLL announced that Barton G., the restaurant known for its over-the-top culinary theatrics, has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease in River North. Barton G. will transform the former Sullivan’s Steakhouse space, located at 415 N. Dearborn Street, into their first Chicago location, set to open in November.
JLL’s Peter Caruso, senior vice president, and Michele Dugan, vice president, represented the landlord, 56-02 Realty Company LLC, in the lease.
“Chicago offers one of the very best food scenes in the world, and we are proud to partner with such an exceptional culinary star who is bringing a completely unique concept to Chicago’s dining scene,” said Caruso. “Barton G. is such an innovative and inspirational restaurant with great food and great energy. We are thrilled to play a role in making Chicago their newest home.”
