With the need for warehousing and logistics services continuing to rise, NOTS Logistics is constructing a new, 216,000-square-foot industrial building in Nashville, Illinois, just 50 miles from St. Louis. Building 24, scheduled to be complete in Q1 of 2021, will add to the existing 4,000,000+ square feet of industrial space owned by the 3PL provider.

“Building 24 will offer amenities many of our customers look for, like dedicated office space and restrooms, ESFR sprinkler system and great proximity to an interstate,” said Kevin J. Brink, vice president of business development. “The space can also be subdivided or customized to meet any customer’s needs.”

NOTS Logistics offers warehousing, transportation management, customized distribution and workforce management services in order to provide customers with a whole solution.

“In addition to our four core services, an added benefit NOTS Logistics can provide to customers is that we are an FTZ 31 approved site,” said Brink.
