Novak Construction completed a luxury apartment building located at 1571 N. Maple Ave. in Evanston, Illinois.
The new 121,170-square-foot, 12-story, 101-unit building will feature first floor retail, common areas, a leasing office on-site, residential levels, a green roof, bike storage and other LEED components. Residents can enjoy a fitness center as well.
The main facility was constructed using a structural system called Diversakore, which incorporates a mix of steel, precast and concrete. The project includes a brick and window wall exterior and will reach LEED Silver status.
