Novak Construction has completed the interior build-out within an existing Dominick’s store.
The team transformed this store into a bright, new authentic Whole Foods Market with its own customizations drawn from the Evanston neighborhood.
The store features a refurbished EIFS exterior and storefront facades, refurbished loading dock, elevators and mezzanine with offices, bakery, produce prep, wine bar and custom finishes including reclaimed pioneer wood and fireclay tiles.
The grand opening was July 29.
