Novak completes its seventh Whole Foods conversion

A 50,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market in Hinsdale Lake commons opened its doors Aug. 26, replacing a smaller Whole Foods a few blocks away, according to Novak Construction. This marks the seventh of the former Dominick spaces that Whole Foods acquired.

Novak Founder/President, John Novak, said that in the fall they will be partnering with Whole Foods as they develop their property on the corner of Ashland and Belmont Avenues in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, which will become their new 70,000 square foot flagship store.

The Novak Team, led by Bykowski, includes  Sr. Project Manager, Zach Fredman; Project Manager, Grey Novak; Fred Erickson, Division Superintendent; newly-promoted VP – Construction, Dan Moriarity (who served as Project Superintendent); Project Administrator, Angela Campisi; and, Project Accountant, Mark Weiner.
