The former Illinois Tool Works property, an 8-acre lot on the corner of Lawrence and Harlem Avenues in Harwood Heights, Illinois, will soon be redeveloped into retail properties.
The site will feature a 10,000-square-foot Portillo’s, along with Art Van Furniture and Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. The recent groundbreaking celebration was led by Harwood Heights Mayor Arlene Jezierny, and joined by Bradford Development’s William Shank and John Schoditsch.
Novak Construction was represented by Vice President and Project Director, Dan Moriarity; Vice President – Business Development, Greg Terwilliger; and project team members, Kelly Curry, Angela Campisi and Maddie Novak.
Completion is scheduled for summer 2017.
