Novak Construction celebrated the opening of Creekview Apartments on Friday with an ceremony at the property in Richmond, Illinois.
Full Circle Communities’ President, Joshua Wilmoth and Vice President Lindsey Haines led the event marking the opening of the new 22,000 square foot, 3-story affordable senior living complex located at 5615 Liberty Street.
The new development serves low income seniors in need of secure housing. It is situated near a walking trail and has services focused on health and wellness. The building has 25 accessible units with 4 two-bedroom and 21 one-bedroom units, a computer lab, a library, community room and an on-site property management office. Other amenities include transportation services, case management, medical screenings, health and fitness resources and other community activities.
In addition to Hempleman, Novak Construction was represented by Vice President Greg Terwillinger and Senior Project Manager Andy Kivari.
