Novak Construction has completed the build-out for the 24,000-square-foot Express Target in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood and held its opening Oct. 7.
Novak performed Design-Build services for MEPFP trades and completed the space in 2.5 months.
The new retail center, replacing the former Fox & Obel on the corner, includes an electronics department, pharmacy, home & decor area, grocery wing and a large Starbuck’s Cafe that overlooks the Chicago River.
