Novak Construction completed a fast-track remodeling of a 5,000-square-foot Panera Bread in Downers Grove in just three weeks.
The firm worked on project using three to 24-hour shifts, seven days a week for the two weeks. The interior included new front of the house renovations, interior demolition, new millwork features, fabric panels and wallcoverings, new ceilings, light fixtures, speciality artwork, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen line equiptment and MEPFP systems.
The exterior received new upgrades like new signage, metal canopies, ornamental and decorative facade elements and outdoor seating with an overhead trellis.
