Novak Construction recently completed facade building work and tenant improvements for a 1,200- square-foot The Standard Grill restaurant in Chicago.
Work included new electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems for new kitchen equipment, new flooring throughout the store, high-end wall and ceiling finishes, decor finishes, ceiling elements and exposed wood trusses.
Novak performed design-build services for mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing trades. The restaurant’s grand opening was Aug. 13
