Novak Construction recently celebrated the opening ceremony of a new Whole Foods Market store that that the company built in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
The new 47,500-square-foot store in the Milwaukee market features such local offerings as house-made bratwurstand bacon, 20 local craft beers on tap and hand-cut French fries.
The new store also features reclaimed bowling alley wood cladding at its juice bar. This makes sense because Milwaukee is home to the oldest certified bowling alley in the United States.
Steve Bykowski with Novak Construction was the project manager on the Whole Foods job.
