Oak Brook, Illinois-based CenterPoint Properties appointed Ross Straseske as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
As CFO, Straseske leads the company’s finance organization, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, corporate and property valuation processes, capital and liquidity management, and reporting to CenterPoint’s executive leadership, board of directors, and ownership.
CenterPoint’s Chief Executive Officer Jim Clewlow highlighted Straseske’s leadership, financial expertise, and contributions to strengthening the company’s financial platform since joining the firm.
Straseske joined CenterPoint in 2021 as development controller after serving as vice president of data reporting and financial analytics at Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm. Before joining Heitman, he spent more than 14 years at PwC, where he advised real estate clients, including CenterPoint and its executive leadership team. Since joining CenterPoint, Straseske has held several leadership positions, including vice president of development accounting and analysis and senior vice president of finance. In early 2026, he was appointed interim chief financial officer.
