Oak Brook, Illinois-based Clear Height Properties announced that Dan Wolowicz has joined the firm as Director of Culture & Talent, where he will lead the company’s people strategy and human resources operations in support of its continued growth across a vertically integrated industrial real estate platform.
In this role, Wolowicz is responsible for aligning recruiting, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational practices with Clear Height’s long-term strategic objectives. He will partner closely with leadership across departments to support workforce development initiatives, strengthen internal communication, and reinforce systems that sustain the firm’s collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Wolowicz brings more than a decade of human resources leadership experience supporting multi-state organizations and growth-oriented teams. Most recently, he served as Director of People at State of Play Hospitality, where he supported HR operations across 11 venues in 10 states and more than 500 employees. In that role, he led initiatives spanning employee engagement, HR systems, compliance, and organizational development.
Previously, Wolowicz held Director of Human Resources roles with Diaz Anselmo & Associates and Track Group, where he guided compensation and benefits strategy, policy development, payroll and HRIS transitions, and culture-building initiatives as part of executive leadership teams. Earlier in his career, he helped build and scale the human resources function at New Home Star, supporting employees across multiple markets nationwide and strengthening programs across the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding through development, recognition, and retention.
At Clear Height, Wolowicz will play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued investment in people, processes, and performance as the organization expands its portfolio and operating platform across core markets.
Wolowicz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University and remains actively involved in community youth athletics leadership organizations throughout the Chicago area.
